Project: CIPE-Pakistan Website

Scope of Work

1.  A comprehensive website of CIPE Pakistan. For sample, please visit CIPE’s global website www.cipe.org
2.  The proposed domain names are www.cipe.org.pk or www.cipepk.org
3.  The hosting may be done on best servers with domain space of at least 5x of website size, with a provision of at least 5  POP email accounts.
4.  The hosting server should support ASP/PHP, Java Script/VB Script, MS-Access, MySQL, etc.
5. The website will be featured both in English and Urdu.
6. The website will provide essential features like CIPE’s global website such as Development Blog, Search Facility, Program Section, Press Release Section, Mailing List, Opinion Poll, Download Section, etc.
7.  The website may be designed in a medium graphic mode, with a minimum flash usage for greater browsing speed.
8.  Rollover menus may be used, in Java Script, provided they are in low graphic mode.
9. There will be a 1-year maintenance / upgrade contract for the website
10.  Preferably, there will be an interface so that continuous updates/uploads can be done on client-side.
11.  The website should be managed for maximum SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
12.  A technical manual of the website is deliverable, mentioning detailed DFDs, ERDs, etc.
